My name is Emily Bretz, Licensed Massage Therapist. I began my education in 2015 where I studied Rehabilitation Sciences at Clarion University. I spent my four years on the Womens Track and Field Team where I learned a lot about fitness and the muscular system and along with that comes bearing my fair share of injuries. After receiving my Bachelor's degree, I decided to go back to school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. I practice now as a licensed PTA and LMT. I strive to help others in recovery and pain relief by using different techniques and modalities to provide a client centered treatment. This being said, I believe each treatment is different and is focused on the "root" of the problem rather than a robotic type of treatment.
Mission Statement
My mission as a licensed massage therapist is to provide patient specific treatment by listening to my patients and tailoring the needs of the patient in order to provide the best outcome possible. In my practice of massage therapy, I hope to promote stress relief and a pain free lifestyle though therapeutic massage and bodywork while supporting my patients in holistic healing. I plan to use my education and training to the best of my ability in providing techniques, modalities, and treatments. I will follow the code of ethics and the rules and regulations of a licensed massage therapist. I will do this in a friendly, professional manner within a safe, clean and inviting clinic setting.
